Highly recommend the Atrion. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location was within walking distance of port and many restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in Greece and Italy, many choices. We ate a few lunches …

We did not like the double bed being two twin beds pushed together because they kept sliding apart, so not fun for us as a married couple, but I guess it'll work for friends or family who travel together. Negative: ""

The location was great, centrally located near the Port and busses. It also is a quiet neighborhood, great local restaurants and great staff.

Low budget hotel, fine for a one-night stay before catching the ferry early the next morning. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location close to center of town and to ferry/bus stop - about equidistant. Furniture a bit outdated, view from our room was quite urban (not quite what we had hoped for).

This place offers an excellent value for the price! The location is 2 mins walk from the Venetian waterfront, fort, walkway and excellent restaurants as well as 10 mins from the airport for convenience. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom well stocked. Staff was welcoming and took care of us for parking and early breakfast.

Junior executive suite roomy, uncluttered, clean, and balcony comfortable. BUT hotel unprepared to accommodate guest(s) with physical difficulties, I.e., no assistance with luggage and recommended parking several blocks away. Reception staff uneven in response to requests for assistance.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel - in fact, we returned to the Atrium after a side trip of a few days. First of all, the staff at the front desk was extremely accommodating. We were given an excellent room which was not only very comfortable, but felt very cozy. I would have liked to have had an electric tea pot in the room, but other than that, everything was very nice. As others have posted, the location is very quiet, but within an easy walk to the center, with restaurants all around. Breakfast was also excellent.

Really nice few nights at the Atrion Hotel. The location is really close to the Port and also the Hop Hop Off Bus services. The reception staff were so friendly and helped us with anything we needed including Car Rental for a day trip to Chania. The restaurant was convenient and nice and cosy. Overall great stay!
